Dustin Gaspard
Leading development and deployment initiatives for Human Capital Data Management and Modernization department of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) I developed Talent Pipelines at GE Digital New Orleans, where I turned students into professionals and professionals into leaders. Those pipelines had 50% women and 64% minority representation, a mixture of boot camp graduates and college students. Industry Advisor for a local university and boot camp Founder and current leader of Agile NOLA and mentor for other technical meetup groups created over the past year in New Orleans. Before taking on technology leadership roles, I was a Java Developer at Capital One and a consulting agency for ten years, where I automated Post-9/11 GI Benefits.
